Courses for children
Hippos (16-24 months)
At this age, the level of child’s independent mobility evolves from toddling to walking. Our parent-child training course promotes early development and provides a solid foundation for your child. Our highly-qualified instructors will treat your children with tenderness, and through interactive songs, dance choreographies and various foam modules will help your toddlers acquire new skills to prepare them for further challenges during each phase of growth.
TRY AN HOUR FOR FREEFrogs (2-3 years)
This course focuses on the development of the locomotory system at an early age, while providing a solid foundation for the formative period of the first three years. In addition to fun, adventure and gymnastics training, your littlest ones will develop their first movement skills, develop coarse and gentle motor skills, and enhance the ability to control their bodies. And as parents will be part of this adventure, they will be close enough to encourage their childhood with a hug or kiss.
Exercise or one lesson lasts 45 minutes, once or twice a week (according to your choice).
TRY AN HOUR FOR FREERabbits (4-6 years)
This course is designed to teach children how to safely exercise and develop their gymnastic skills. They are entertaining but also challenging enough to help develop physical skills and build self-confidence, which can later be transferred to any other sport as well as everyday life. This course is suitable for children of a pre-school age. They will find fun, discovery as well as a challenge.
TRY AN HOUR FOR FREEOrangutans (7-9 years)
This course is designed for boys and girls from elementary schools and its content is slightly different from the course for younger children. It gives children a chance to cope with new challenges at their own skill level. Every new success leads to a newly-acquired self-confidence, determination and a desire to continue to improve.
TRY AN HOUR FOR FREECheetahs (10-12 years)
Inclusion in this group depends on physical as well as emotional readiness. Similarly as children mature in their teenage years, they also move into our program with a higher level of difficulty. Gymnastics in this course also focuses on body posture, gaining strength, and flexibility.
